1. Coat salmon in honey and ginger.
2. Cook skin side down for 3 minutes then flip to cook other side for 3 min.
3. Sautée spinach in pan with a few teaspoons of olive oil.
4. Cut cauliflower in strips roughly 1/2 in thick.
5. Coat pan with butter and heat.
6. Add rosemary and cauliflower to pan.
7. Cook until golden brown and tender all the way through.
