Honey Salmon with Spinach and Cauliflower T-bones

  • Salmon
  • Honey
  • Ginger
  • Spinach
  • Cauliflower
  • Butter
  • Rosemary

 

 

1. Coat salmon in honey and ginger.
2. Cook skin side down for 3 minutes then flip to cook other side for 3 min.
3. Sautée spinach in pan with a few teaspoons of olive oil.
4. Cut cauliflower in strips roughly 1/2 in thick.
5. Coat pan with butter and heat.
6. Add rosemary and cauliflower to pan.
7. Cook until golden brown and tender all the way through.

Caparese Chicken, Paleo

  • Chicken breast
  • Roma tomatoes
  • Basil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt / pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Olive oil

 

1. Slice chicken breast.
2. Season chicken breast with garlic salt and pepper.
3. Cook in pan with olive oil  until golden brown on both sides.
4. Thin slice tomatoes and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
