A year ago this month I was challenged by a friend to try the Paleo diet. What started out as a 30 day challenge turned into a year long lifestyle.
I am so blessed to have other people join me in this challenge and they too have seen drastic results. I no longer miss the gluten. I feel so good and at 30 I am in the best shape of my life.
I challenge you to try the 30 day paleo challenge. I promise it will change your life! Below I have attached the grocery list for week one and two as a guide. Week three and four are left for you to do since you are learning how to live paleo! I believe you can do it :)
